Court and Contentious Matters
We deal with Court matters or matters which have the
potential for going to Court, and are registered providers of Civil and Criminal
legal aid.
 In
most cases a solicitor will be happy to
discuss your case or difficulty during an initial twenty minute
interview without
charge in
order to determine if we can assist and on what basis.

We can deal with most commonly encountered cases whether civil or criminal and,
where the matter is either outwith our normal remit or the circumstances otherwise
justify it, we can refer matters to another specialist solicitor or to an Advocate.
